In-Home Personal Training

In person training sessions are conducted in the comfort of your own home, or home gym within the Downtown, North, and West Vancouver area.

Rates range from $120 - $150 per session depending on frequency, location, and health coaching add ons.

Virtual Personal Training

Virtual personal training sessions are conducted via zoom in the comfort of your own home or home gym. Limited equipment needed.

Rates range from $80 - $110 per session depending on frequency, location, and health coaching add ons.

Couples/Duo Training

Couples/duo sessions are a great way to spend quality time with a loved one, while working towards a collective goal. Sessions can be conducted both in-home or virtually.

Rates range from $150 - $170 per session depending on frequency, location, and health coaching add ons.

Health Coaching Add on

In addition to personal training you can opt in for monthly health coaching calls to develop a customized health and wellness plan. This comes with a custom habit tracker and weekly check ins during your training sessions. Prices are worked in to your per session rate.
